It is estimated that around 1 in 25 Canadians have FASD, but many don’t even know it. And that’s because FASD is a hidden disability. In this presentation, you can expect to learn: what is FASD; how FASD is brain-based; what are the benefits and challenges of an early diagnosis; and how to understand and respond to early signs and behaviour around sensitivities, sleeping, feeding, attention, and attachment.
