Caregiver Kairos Blanket Exercise

The Kairos Blanket Exercise is an interactive learning experience using blankets and storytelling to explore the impacts of colonization on Indigenous peoples in Canada, helping caregivers build empathy, cultural understanding, and awareness to support trauma-informed, respectful, and compassionate caregiving.

Join us for an evening of learning, reflection, and connection through the Caregiver Blanket Exercise. This experience is designed to support caregivers with interactive teachings, shared learning, and meaningful discussion in a safe and supportive environment.
