Emotional Tool Box: Group Play Therapy for Kids
Join us on February 12, 2026, with Kariana Pawliw, BSW RSW, with Kellington Counselling for a special emotional-regulation session. Kids ages 7+ will learn about emotions through play and create their own coping kits. At the same time, caregivers relax in the library to explore emotional regulation and learn how brain development connects to children’s emotional growth while the younger children play.
