Opportunity to Listen to Personal Stories About Adoption and Ask Questions

Nov 1, 2021

Join us for our Human Library event!

A Human Library is a way for people to reach out and connect with individuals within our dierse community. Visitors to our library have an opportunity to rotate through a series of Human Books by borrowing them for 12 minute conversations and engaging in meaningful dialogue. Human Libraries promote tolerance, break down prejudice, and celebrate differences. Our collection of Human Books share a common theme based around permanency and adoption.

The Human Library is a free event open to the public that spans 3 days. The in-person event takes place on Monday, November 1 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the Broadway Collective 733 Broadway Avenue, in Saskatoon. Masks and proof of COVID-19 vaccine or negative test are required for entry. Day 2 and 3 (November 2 and 3) run from 6:30 to 8:30 pm and are delivered virtually via Zoom.
